Krav Maga - Elite Program Access

Built on the combat defense system used by Military and Law Enforcement Agencies worldwide, our self-defense program builds resilience, life-saving skills, and mental toughness. With situational awareness and de-escalation at its core, students train in controlled contact to boost reflexes, confidence, and composure under pressure. No-nonsense training for real life scenarios.


Krav Maga is an elite-level program with a minimum age requirement of 21. If you're under 21 and interested in joining, you’ll first need to participate in our Muay Thai programs.


Admission to Krav Maga for those under 21 is by invitation only, based on an assessment of maturity and performance. Our instructors continuously observe progress and will determine readiness. If a student demonstrates the right level of focus, discipline, and skill, an invitation will be extended.

MUAY THAI

Whether you're driven by fitness, self-improvement, or competition, our adult Muay Thai program empowers you to thrive. Sessions combine powerful striking, agile footwork, and high-level conditioning. With expert guidance and a supportive community, you'll gain confidence, strength, and discipline - from beginner basics to intermediate and advanced technique. 


Open to individuals 18 and older at the time of enrollment. In select cases, youth under 18 may be invited to join based on their performance and maturity within the youth program.

FIGHT FITNESS & CONDITIONING

Boost your workout with our Fight Fitness & Conditioning classes. High-energy sessions designed for all fitness levels. Build strength, stamina, and resilience in a fast-paced, motivating environment. With expert coaching and targeted modifications, you’ll progress at your own pace while staying challenged. Perfect for anyone seeking variety, results, and a powerful community vibe. Just show up, stay consistent, and crush your goals.


Open to individuals 18 and older at the time of enrollment. In select cases, youth under 18 may be invited to join based on their performance and maturity within the youth program. This class is mandatory for our Adult Krav Maga and Adult Muay Thai students.

PILATES INSPIRED FITNESS

Our Pilates-inspired fitness classes offer a welcoming space for all - especially if you're seeking routine, comfort, or motivation to move.  With low to no-impact exercises that support joint and back health, sessions build strength, flexibility, and balance while boosting confidence and mood.  Perfect for beginner to intermediate levels.


Open to individuals 16 and older at the time of enrollment.

YOUTH PROGRAMMING

Youth & TEEN MUAY THAI

Whether your child is looking to build confidence, improve fitness, or explore martial arts, our Youth & Teen Muay Thai program offers the perfect foundation. Each session blends dynamic striking, footwork drills, and age-appropriate conditioning to help young athletes grow stronger - physically and mentally. With expert coaching and a positive, inclusive environment, students develop discipline, resilience, and self-respect. From beginner fundamentals to more advanced techniques, we guide each participant at their own pace, encouraging progress and personal growth every step of the way.


  • Grade 5 - 8: Class A
  • Grade 9 - 12: Class B

youth & TEEN FITNESS

 Whether your child is just starting their fitness journey, training for a sport, or simply staying active, our Youth & Teen Fitness program helps them build agility, coordination, strength, and endurance. It’s designed to boost confidence and enhance overall athletic performance—while also preparing them for competitive environments, if that’s their jam. 


  • Grade 5 - 8: Class A
  • Grade 9 - 12: Class B
