All exercises are modifiable to accommodate your level of comfort & fitness.
This class provides a welcoming and fun environment for everyone, including those who may feel uncomfortable in a conventional fitness setting. If you feel "out of place" in a conventional gym or class setting (for any reason), or if you’re facing challenges finding a routine to simply get moving, consider joining this class, designed to boost your confidence, your mood, and your fitness level!

A fitness challenge for ALL LEVELS! This class is high-energy and fun with a focus on strength and stamina. As with all of our fitness classes, exercises can be modified to match your ability as you progress (and you will be amazed how quickly this happens)! This class is mandatory for our Muay Thai students.
