POLICIES AND RULES OF CONDUCT

FEES & REFUNDS

  • Fees remain consistent each month (September through May), regardless of how many classes are attended.
  • Fees are due on or before the 1st of each month.
  • Your commitment and dedication are  key to achieving your goals. Therefore, we don't offer refunds as an added incentive to sticking to the program!

HOLIDAYS & CANCELLATIONS

  • The 2025/2026 Term runs from Sept. 8/25 – May 31/26 (38 Weeks).
  • If PRS is closed due to weather or power outages, so is EMA. There will be no refunds or credits issued for these types of closures.
  • In addition to the closures on our Closures page, there are 10 unscheduled Floater Days (instructor vacation) built into the schedule at no cost to you.
  • Floater Days may or may not be used at the instructor’s discretion. If they are not used, you simply gain some free classes during the term.
  • If there are cancellations beyond what is scheduled or described, you will be credited $5 per class. This credit(s) will be applied to your final payment in May. If you have paid for the full term, you will receive a refund for the credit amount in May.
