muay thai & TDK Kick (Youth & teen Grades 5-8 | 9-11)

Whether your child or teen is looking to build confidence, improve fitness, or explore martial arts, our Youth & Teen Muay Thai & TKD Kick program offers the perfect foundation. Each session blends dynamic striking, footwork drills, and age-appropriate conditioning. We guide each student at their own pace, encouraging progress and personal growth every step of the way.


Youth/Teen: Grades 5-8 and 9-11

muay thai ELITE PREP

Elite Prep is reserved for students who have demonstrated maturity, focus, and strong foundational skills - Enrollment is invitation-based. This program is designed for those who have attended our Youth/Teen class and are ready to elevate their training -  and who may be interested in exploring competitive opportunities in the future.


Please note: You do not have to be interested in competing to be part of this class. An invitation to this class does not mean a student is automatically part of our competitive team or ready to compete. 


If your youth or teen is invited to join the Muay Thai Elite Prep mid‑term, fees will be prorated and any payments already made will be applied to the adjusted amount.

Fitness (Grade 9+)

Our fitness classes are designed to meet you where you are. Each program provides a supportive environment that encourages routine, builds confidence, and motivates you to move. Sessions focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance, with low to no-impact exercises always an option. From beginner fundamentals to intermediate challenges, our classes help every student grow at their own pace.


No matter your age or experience level, our fitness programs are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the journey.


MODIFICATIONS are built into our workouts to accommodate ALL LEVELS of fitness.
