HOLIDAYS & CANCELLATIONS
The 2025/2026 Term runs from Sept. 8/25 – May 31/26 (38 Weeks).
If PRS is closed due to weather or power outages, so is EMA. There will be no refunds or credits issued for these types of closures.
In addition to the closures listed above for the 2025/2026 term, there are 10 unscheduled Floater Days (instructor vacation) built into the schedule at no cost to you.
Floater Days may or may not be used at the instructor’s discretion. If they are not used, you simply gain some free classes during the term.
If there are cancellations beyond what is scheduled or described, you will be credited $5 per class. This credit(s) will be applied to your final payment in May. If you have paid for the full term, you will receive a refund for the credit amount in May.
