FORGEFIT: A full-body strength and conditioning class designed to sculpt, tone, and build power. Your evening dose of movement, music and good vibes!


POWERFIT: Boost your workout with PowerFit! High‑energy cardio conditioning that builds strength, stamina, and confidence - for all fitness levels. 


WEEKEND RESET: Ease into your weekend with gentle movement. Recharge your energy, release tension, and feel grounded - no pressure, just presence.


FUNFIT: Fitness meets fun with high-energy action in this upbeat class for Grades 5–8.


KRAV MAGA: Real-world self-defense for all levels. Build confidence, sharpen awareness, and learn practical techniques to protect yourself - fast, focused, and fiercely effective.


MUAY THAI: Learn the art of eight limbs. Our classes draw from the Muay Boran fighting style - where ancient roots, modern power, and real-world self-defense meet.
