YOUTH PROGRAMMING

Youth MUAY THAI

Whether your child is looking to build confidence, improve fitness, or explore martial arts, our Youth Muay Thai program offers the perfect foundation. Each session blends dynamic striking, footwork drills, and age-appropriate conditioning to help young athletes grow stronger - physically and mentally. With expert coaching and a positive, inclusive environment, students develop discipline, resilience, and self-respect. From beginner fundamentals to more advanced techniques, we guide each participant at their own pace, encouraging progress and personal growth every step of the way. All classes are co-ed.


Ages 11–14 (Class A): Participants must be turning 11 years old by December 31, 2025 to enroll.


Ages 15–17 (Class B): If you are 14 Years Old AND starting Grade 9 in September, you may enroll in Class B.

youth sports conditioning

Our Youth Sports Conditioning program helps young athletes build strength, speed, and endurance. Designed to improve overall athletic performance,  while also preparing them for competitive environments.  Whether your child is training for hockey, basketball, or simply staying active, they'll develop skills like explosive power, agility, and coordination, all key to success on the ice or the court. All classes are co-ed.

PILATES INSPIRED FITNESS

Our Pilates-inspired fitness classes offer a welcoming space for all - especially if you're seeking routine, comfort, or motivation to move.  With low to no-impact exercises that support joint and back health, sessions build strength, flexibility, and balance while boosting confidence and mood.  Perfect for beginner to intermediate levels.


Open to individuals 16 and older at the time of enrollment.
